LOP Summer Favs......

Can you even believe it's August 19th? Two weeks from tomorrow school starts! I think we are getting closer to being ready, but each year with my kids gets more and more fun and I just love the freedom of summer (more of that in an upcoming personal blog post)! I mean, this summer has been full of fun and sun and friends and family and some seriously fantastic photo shoots. This marks my 4th summer in business and I continue to be blown away by the people I continue to meet and have the honor of photographing. I am not lying when I say I count my blessings ALL. THE. TIME. that I cross paths with people that usually end up as friends.

You all inspire me. Inspire me to be creative, to trust my instincts, to focus on what I love. And that, my friends, is pulling out the authenticity in whomever I'm shooting. To work to capture feeling in an image. It will forever melt my heart to feel love when I look at a photo. And I hope it melts your heart too!

SO, tonight I share just a few of my favorites from the summer. Each of these moments made me gasp when I saw them.

We Gendreaus are gearing up for a busy couple of weeks before school starts. I hope you will join me in taking a big, deep breath every day and loving the time we get with our kids and families before we settle into the fall routine! Summer moments are lifetimes memories!

Jessica and Steve Sneak Peek........

This weekend may be my most favorite wedding I've attended to date (aside from my own nearly 15 years ago). Not only was I hired as the photographer, but my husband, my son and my daughter were all party of the wedding party. And quite honestly, photographing this day was one of the best of my life!!!

Jessica and Steve are two people who truly make this universe better just by being together. There's is a partnership. And that begins their journey and life together as husband and wife.

Jackson + His Mom and Dad = LOVE!

Well, I am WAAAAAAY overdue to hit this blog with some amazingness. These past few months have been FULL of love, connectedness, tender moments, silly laughs, summer fun, family and joy!

Tonight we begin with Jackson + his parents. This trio is awesome! Sometimes, you realize in this world that you are exactly where you are supposed to be at exactly the right time. I feel that way with photography and my time with these families who end up being friends.

Sarah and Danny - we were so 100% meant to meet. Thanks to another LOP family for the referral! I love the connections always!
